Dear Sir,
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
As mentioned in our previous communication, due to an abrupt and unprecedented pricing increase by our upstream email provider Rackspace.com, we have been working around the clock to migrate all our clients to our new infrastructure. We are glad to inform you that your new hosting environment is now ready.
Please find your new cPanel hosting details below to create your email IDs. Kindly don't change anything else as your websites will keep working.

Steps to get your email up and running:
Step 1 — Log in to cPanel
Use the credentials above to log in to your cPanel.
Step 2 — Create your Email Accounts
Navigate to Email Accounts and recreate your existing email addresses.
Step 3 — Configure your Email Client (Very Important)
Once an email account is created,
1. Click on the Email address icon
2. Then click 'Connect Devices'.
This will display ready-made automatic configuration scripts and manual settings specifically for your domain — making it very easy to set up Outlook, iPhone, Thunderbird, or any other mail client.
For your reference, the manual settings for your domain will be as follows:
*Secure SSL/TLS Settings (Recommended):*
| Username : your_email@yourdomain.com |
| Password : Your cPanel password |
| Incoming Server (IMAP) | mail.yourdomain.com — Port 993 |
| Incoming Server (POP3) | mail.yourdomain.com — Port 995 |
| Outgoing Server (SMTP) | mail.yourdomain.com — Port 465 |
IMAP, POP3, and SMTP all require authentication. We strongly recommend using the SSL/TLS settings above for security.
Step 4 — Inform us once email accounts are created
Please reply to this email once your email IDs are set up. We will then update the DNS/MX records and switch the mail server IP so emails start flowing to your new account immediately.

Helpful Resource — cpaneldemo.in
We are also in the process of launching www.cpaneldemo.in, a dedicated help portal where you will find step-by-step guides with screenshots on how to configure emails, set up Outlook, manage your cPanel, and much more. Please do bookmark and visit it — it will be a very handy resource for all your hosting-related queries going forward.

Important Reminders:
- Please ensure all existing emails are downloaded to your local system (Outlook, etc.) from the old server within the next 24 hours, if not done already.
- On the new server, we strongly recommend downloading emails regularly to your local system rather than storing them on the server. This is good practice — it ensures your important data always remains safely in your hands, no matter what.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this transition may have caused. Your trust over these 25 years means everything to us, and we are committed to making this as smooth as possible for you.
Please feel free to reach out if you need any assistance.
Warm regards,
